Machining & precision mechanics
Tooling
The SPR group specialises in precision mechanics, notably tooling.
Tooling design and manufacturing
The SPR group owes its consummate mastery of precision mechanics to the fact that this is an essential skill for the manufacturing of complex tooling. Our business is manufacturing complex parts based on manufacturing drawings or files. Our machine base allows us to machine all types of material to manufacture technical tooling.
The expertise and flexibility of our teams allow us to take on your technical projects with optimised production costs.
Special tooling production
Backed up by our experience and group synergy, SPR provides manufacturing services for special tooling and prototypes from drawings in collaboration with our design office. Our company specialises in the production of industrial tooling.
We pay special attention to quality and how we inspect and test the mechanical parts, assemblies and sub-assemblies of the tooling we manufacture. SPR works for multiple companies from a variety of sectors: aeronautics, food production, defence etc.

Your partner for tooling engineering
To offer you quality services that meet your needs, SPR puts its design office at your disposal. Our design office is equipped with high-performance 3D design software to help all our customers research and design specific tooling types. Together, we define your requirements and demands and fine tune them to the physical constraints of the project.A high degree of precision
Our precision tooling mechanics can manufacture the tools you need to mass produce parts for industrial use. Our precision mechanics perform the operations of finishing, assembly, adjustment and testing/tuning all the way to delivery of the tooling. After the tooling manufacturing process is complete, they work with our machining operatives on high value-added parts, using EDM, grinding and polishing.
